Graduate from the Law School of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2002) and postgraduate from Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies – IBET (2004) and from the University of Salamanca – Spain (2005), both in Tax Law. PhD candidate at Universidade Autônoma de Lisboa.
He is Director of Rio de Janeiro Tax Debate Group – GDT-Rio. Director of Brazilian Association of Financial Law – ABDF. He worked as a lawyer/partner at Bichara, Barata, Costa e Rocha Advogados, being in charge of the tax area. Author of a series of articles published in specialized magazines.
