Carlos Alberto Vasconcelos is a graduate from the Law School of the University of the State of Rio e Janeiro – UERJ, a postgraduate in State and Regulation Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV, and a specialist in Negotiation from the Program on Negotiation – Harvard Law School. He is a member of the Arbitration Committee of the OAB-RJ.
Carlos focuses his activity in conflict prevention and resolution, representing clients in court and administrative proceedings, arbitrations, negotiations, and company restructurings involving several industries, such as technology, entertainment, oil and gas, engineering, and chemicals.
Carlos has more than 20 years of experience, having worked at large law firms, such as Demarest Advogados, Basilio Advogados, and Trench, Rossi e Watanabe. He is frequently recognized for his civil litigation practice in the main legal rankings.
