Pablo Frapolli Tavares has been a lawyer since 2020, working in tax law. Pablo serves both national and foreign clients, of all sizes and operating in various sectors of the economy, including individuals. He works in tax law, in the areas of consultancy, tax due diligence in M&A operations and other transactions. He also works in administrative and judicial litigation, whether in the preventive, consultative, tax administration inspection phase or, in any instance, participating in important leading cases. Its activities include the analysis of tax aspects in corporate and asset structures and reorganizations, agreements to avoid double taxation, tax benefits, among other tax issues. Pablo also works on work involving the preparation and review of ancillary obligations, such as personal income tax declarations, declarations of Brazilian capital abroad, electronic requests for refund, reimbursement or reimbursement and compensation declarations.
