Graduate from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. Marcelo works in the corporate area in the judicial sphere, with emphasis on civil, corporate, and real estate law.
He joined Fonseca Costa Advogados Associados from 2000 to 2014, always as senior partner and managing partner. Member of the Legal Department at Light – Serviços de Eletricidade S/A from 1984 to 2000, having held the position of Legal Manager for the last six years. He was a member of the law firm Carlos de Saboia Bandeira de Mello, founded in 1912, Still as an intern, he worked as a self-employed professional from 1978 to 2000.
