Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Cândido Mendes in 1996. In 1997, she completed a specialization course in US Law at the University of California – Joint Graduate from Davis and Berkeley Campuses (USA). Master Degree in Law (LL.M.) from Boston University School of Law in 1999, with specialization in International Banking and Financing Law. In 2005 she concluded a Post-Graduation Course in Corporate Law at IBMEC/RJ.
She was a Foreign Associate at US law firm Grant, Herrmann, Schwartz & Klinger LLP (1999-2000). Before founding Tavares & Solere Advogados, she was a member of the corporate team at the law firms Demarest & Almeida Advogados and Bichara, Barata, Costa e Rocha Advogados, as well as at Amicorp do Brasil Ltda.
