We assist our clients in preparatory procedures, civil inquiries, and public civil actions promoted by the Labor Public Prosecutor Office (MPT), infraction notices issued by the Regional Superintendence of Labor and Employment (SRTE), individual and collective labor claims (filed by employees or by the professional union), as well as in “due diligence” in consolidation and acquisition projects and other aspects involving labor and social security aspects of the company.
